I've been going here for about 5 years now since before Dr. Ibrahim took over. Hes done great with the office and most of the staff stayed through the change. Several of the hygienist have cleaned my teeth now and they are all great. Elise is friendly and accommodating for me. The billing has been incredibly fair and I've never felt pressured to do anything that I didn't agree was necessary. Best dentist I've had in my life.

My former dentist of 35 or 40 years Jay Preston retired and moved to California. I asked about the dentist he was selling his practice to and was informed that Dr Ibrahem was his choice because he was the most competent candidate he had (which sounded good to me). I was in the middle of having a baby tooth replaced with an implant when Covid hit so this process was started by Dr Preston and completed by Dr Ibrahem. I was amazed at how well the new implanted tooth fit and matched in color. The fact that the doctor used one company to make the implant and another to manufacture the peg that goes into the implant impressed me. It would be easier for him to purchase a complete implant but he went the extra mile and combined these two pieces creating a strong great fitting implant. Elise who is my dental hygienist was wonderful with making me feel comfortable and explaining what she was doing. Dr Ibrahem and his assistant Ivleen also did a great job of keeping me informed on all aspects of my procedures. The team did a fantastic job of pain management and making me feel comfortable. Lastly, Kelsey the front office coordinator and Courtney who is a coordinator as well as going to school to become a dental hygienist are fantastic. They made me feel right at home. So, I thank you all and I'm so happy that I have such a great team taking care of me.

As you can imagine, I don’t like going but they make you feel as comfortable as they can, attending to my specific needs. I have no issue going as often as needed to maintain healthy teeth.
